Return & Refund Policy

At Volts & Valor, every item is printed on demand, just for you. Because each order is custom-made, we don't accept returns or exchanges.

Defective or Misprinted Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll issue a full refund — no need to send anything back.

Lost Packages If your order is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, reach out within 7 days and we'll investigate with the carrier.
